Do you give chances?

I have an eight month relationship with an amazing, caring, humours, and y guy. For the last couple months we have been bickering and fighting a lot. So things weren't really going all that well. Then things were starting to get better, for a couple of days, but I still wasn't sure if he was happy or not. So I went on his computer and did some looking around. Well I had found he had been to a certain singles site. I asked him if he had been on there previously and he said no that he didn't have profile, but had gone on there to cancel it because it was charging his account. Well I found out that he was on there again, so I asked him again. He said no and lied. After confronting him with eveidence that he had been on there, he admited that he was going on there just to look and flirt.His profile did say he was in a relationship and was looking for friends. Well after a long week of giving him a hard time and him apologizing, I forgave him. Was I right to give him another chance?
