Is Randy Orton really arrogant in real life?

Ive heard lots of road stories where he has taken a prank to far or gotten offended if people didn't know who he is off the bat.For instance, in a recent Lita/Trish interview they said Randy cut up Joy Giovanni's clothes because she mistakenly put it in his lockerrom.This was in '04 when he wasnt even big yet.I think that's a little holish.
