Did you know there really isnt a "middle east?" Didnt know that it's really NE Africa?

I believe if you check your sources,you will find that it was actually Churchill who established the terms mid-est,and far-east for simplicity in dealing with the different theaters of war at that time.These terms were carried on by the allied powers from that point as well.
