What was that mechanical thing called in "The Empire Strikes Back" that rode on four very tall legs?

It was on that snowy planet and served as kind of a tank. Anyway, I'm looking for a toy version of it for a present for my nephew. So does anyone know the name of it and -- I realize this is probably too much to hope for -- where to get one?
