After 2 interviews and a observation interview this is the rejection letter i get, what do you make of this??

The 1st paragraph indicates that you have a great personality, You impressed the staff but not the interviewer. The second paragraph sounds like this person knows someone in your company and has their best interest. They are giving you some advice. They probably know something you don't. There is some truth in what the letter says, if you stick with your company and take on a leadership role, you will make more money and have more seniority which is good for your secure future. Be glad you will not be working with that office, it probably wasn't meant to be....Good luck!
