Do I save or lose money by not doing this?

If you have never been to this college before, you will not have any charges from previous semesters. So this situation will not apply to you. However, if you have attended this school before and owe them money... you need to say "YES" so they will let you enroll in cles, release your transcript to you when you want it, or pay for a library book you forgot to turn in. Or if you continue to enroll in cles and do any of the following things, the charges might be covered under these situations.
