Does anyone know of any dependable Fresno area folks who can put up a fence?

I would like to put up a fence to create a separate area for our dogs in our back yard. We don't have a lot of $$$ to work with but we are willing to pay for good quality work. We are also willing to work with small business folks trying to get their businesses going.
