Help me with my roses!!?

I just planted rose bushes(double knockouts) on Sunday. I live in the correct zone for them, it has been about 70 degrees here since then. I had to replant them on Monday because I though they needed to be a little more raised up for proper drainage. I was real careful with all of them, not being rough at all (afraid of damaging the roots). So, they were watered everyday except yesterday because it rained. Today, i come home and they are all looking like they are dying now. I immediately watered them. What am i doing wrong, they get sunlight for about 7 hours, which everything I've read says that they only need 5 hours. Please help me.
