My friend wears these boots...?

they're two-inch heeled boots that she's been wearing them a lot lately, 4-5 days a week. She still wobbles in her boots, and every time we'd walk, I'd have to stop and wait for a few seconds because she'd be several steps behind me. It's getting really annoying. Should I say something, or am I just making a fuss about this? Thanks.
